Our story

In business since 1989

Founded over 30 years ago, JC Enterprise continually strives to provide nothing short of the best for our clients and neighborhoods. Currently, the bulk of our work comes from homeowner’s association (HOA) management. But we also have vast experience with real estate developers in acquisition, planning, design, and development of properties, inspecting and maintaining erosion control sites, and more. 

Because of these past experiences, we  choose to work extensively with developers, financial institutions, and municipalities in the common interest of improving the quality of life for those who live in the neighborhoods we manage. Though our basic goal is to efficiently manage each association, we are always exploring ways to improve the community. We don’t just manage the associations we work with, we are always looking for ways to better improve them.

Regardless of the development or associations size, our intention is to communicate with our clients on a personal level to gain an understanding of their expectations for the development or association. We go into every project with respect, a positive mindset, and a level-head to assure our clients that we are approachable above all else.

“My passion with managing homeowner associations is the enjoyment of taking an association whose past has been a struggle with assessment collections, enforcement of their CC&R’s, and the general management of their association and instilling in their members the vision of a better association whose future is bright with certainty, funding, and communication. I ask two things of every board and committee member we manage; be fair and reasonable when enforcing regulation or reviewing an architectural review application.”
